Have you ever wondered what really happens inside a courtroom? Queensland Young Lawyers is pleased to collaborate with Level 27 Chambers for an engaging and practical evening designed to demystify courtroom advocacy held in the Banco Court.

We are delighted to hear from His Honour Judge Bernard Porter KC of the District Court of Queensland, and Florence Chen and Jonthan Hohl from Level Twenty Seven Chambers.

This interactive session will include a mock court proceeding, followed by a Q&A where attendees can hear directly from an experienced judge and barristers about the realities of court practice. This is a unique opportunity to step inside the courtroom, gain firsthand insight into courtroom etiquette, advocacy skills and common mistakes practitioners should avoid.
